Welcome to Sugar Loaf Lodge and Cabins, the resort that allows you the time and space for peace and relaxation.  We are located at the edge of the Pintler Wilderness, fortunate to be in the midst of nature and all the wonders and beauty that it provides.  It is here at Sugar Loaf that you will find the true meaning of 'simplicity perfected', as you relax in our lodge, or on the large wrap around porch, or at the fire pit in our patio, or on the porch of your cabin.  We believe this is your time to get away, your time for an adventure, your time to be left alone.  Come and enjoy the comforts of home, without the noticed attention of the world, its schedule,or  its demands.  It is here that hiking, mountain biking, bird watching, hunting, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, snow shoeing, and gathering for fun of any other kind with family or friends is at your front door.  Enjoy our 160+ acres to whatever extent you desire, or never leave your cabin, as you hear the stream and the wildlife it attracts, as you get the rest and relaxation you are looking for.

Our three cabins that are available all have cooking facilities for your convenience.  They are stocked with cooking utensils, and eating utensils to make your stay easier for you.  Out two lodge rooms are not equipped with cooking facilities, but do come with a complimentary array of fresh home made breakfast treats to start your day with, muffins, bagels, fruit, juice, and coffee.  Our restaurant, the Soup Shack, is open during the fall and winter on Saturdays and Sundays featuring multiple home made soups, stews, all you can eat sour dough bread, and an assortment of home made pies and desserts.  We believe that in life, it is the simple pleasures that bring the most satisfaction, that is why everything we  serve is made  from scratch with quality and satisfaction being ever important.  Come check us out, become a part of our extended family!
